Lisa is the Co-Founder of Denman Drapkin Group and its Co-Team Leader. She has a passion for excellence and likes to remind us that we are the Varsity team. There is no detail too small to follow-up on, and no situation that she doesn't have a solution for, or at least a resource to pursue. There is nothing she likes better than a challenging problem or a complex negotiation. 'Strategy' and 'tactics' are two of her favorite words.

As one of the top agents in this market area, Lisa's name has been 'all over town' since she started in 1995. Some of the words people use to describe her are dependable, unflappable, strategic and resourceful. She helps her Sellers get their properties ready for the market, making suggestions that will maximize their return, and balance the time and resources that Sellers have available. She is a big picture thinker and is a huge fan of staging.

After 24 years at another local firm, Lisa was invited in 2018 to become a Managing Director at the Compass office in Harvard Square. She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, a certified GREEN Realtor, and a Trained Mediator.

One of her proudest accomplishments was being awarded Banker & Tradesman's Women of Fire award. Lisa has a well-deserved reputation for her knowledge of real estate and is renowned for her high energy level and enthusiasm.

In her spare time, Lisa is a real estate Investor, a small-time real estate Developer, a Board Member for Just-A-Start, a member of the Federal Club of the Human Rights Campaign, a top Pie Seller for Community Servings, a member of Arlington Street Church and most recently, a member of the Board of Advisors for Resonant Energy. Lisa lives in the Riverside neighborhood of Cambridge with her wife, Debbie, and their Goldendoodle named Harper.
