Jenn McDonald
Vice President

A bona fide force in the real estate community, Jenn McDonald has always had a flair for creative solutions. Imbued with a deep appreciation for finding your fit within a community, she’s lived in a multitude of locales from New York to Portland, Wyoming to San Francisco. After graduating Smith College, she garnered an impressive skillset as a litigation paralegal, international hotel manager, and senior level software product marketing manager. Developing a sixth sense for client needs and a penchant for innovative marketing campaigns, Jenn pivoted into real estate in 2016, putting her multi-faceted skillset to work in a brand-new capacity.

To Jenn, buying and selling real estate is more than staging and square footage. It’s building a foundation for the lifestyle of your dreams and creating a space that will enrich the lives of those who inhabit it. Jenn knows what an honor it is to help clients navigate this monumental life transition, which is why she works tirelessly to understand precisely what a client prioritizes to deliver exactly what they’re after.

Clients and contemporaries alike will tell you that Jenn’s singular focus is providing people the best service, the most informed counsel, and most responsive representation to meet your real estate goals. Equal parts dependable and diligent, it’s no wonder that she’s closed over $45M in career sales. A high-touch Realtor who excels at smooth transactions, she possesses a natural equanimity that gives her a leg up at the negotiation table.

Based in Medford, Jenn has a deep connection to her local community and adores walks to Medford Square, hiking in the Fells, and seasonal farmer’s market. When she’s not busy crafting strategic marketing campaigns and sniffing out off-market listings, you’ll find her tending her garden, swimming at Wright’s Pond, or strolling along the Mystic River with her beloved dogs.
