An avid gardener and dedicated father of four, Don knows precisely what it takes to nurture growth and garner results. This is exactly why he was tapped by the Denman Drapkin Group to lead their roster of all-star agents. Bolstered by over fifteen years of sales and leadership experience, Don’s extensive skill set made him a natural choice for their Director of Sales role.

A former Broker and Owner of an international, multi-office realty franchise, the Boston native spent years recruiting top-notch agents, fostering team growth, and creating avenues to drive consistent leads. As a big picture thinker, Don is strategic, resourceful, and collaborative. Mentoring comes naturally for Don and he found success fostering top-tier agents and creating best-in-class client care practices.

Don resides in a Boston suburb with his wife, Lynne, their four teenagers, yellow lab, and golden retriever. When he’s not at a hockey rink or working, you’ll find the South Shore native tending to and clearing his mind in his prolific vegetable garden.
